Teaching and Learning Assistant
30 hours per week Monday to Friday - Term Time Only
Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant who is committed to supporting pupils and helping them to learn and progress? Then we would be delighted to hear from you.
In this role as Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher, mainly within our Early Years department, and will also support individual pupils and groups.
You must be able to:
Support an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our pupils and their families
Work effectively with colleagues and multi-agency teams
Be highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled in supporting teaching and learning
Be committed to creating opportunities to enable young people to thrive
Communicate effectively and possess the ability to work on your own initiative
Show knowledge, experience and understanding of working within the EYFS framework and hold a relevant level 3 qualification
