The Trustees of Ignite Learning Partnership are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic Head of School who will lead Bhylls Acre Primary School. You will join a child-centred and ambitious team who are committed to the highest standards being achieved by all individuals within our school.

Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, the post holder will be responsible for the day to operations of the school, school development and improvement. You will also make a significant contribution to the Trust, where all Headteachers/Heads of School and their Leadership team work in collaboration with the Trust Central Team to develop joint policy and practice. If you are confident to be able to pair your high level of skill in the classroom with leadership, innovation and creative strategic thinking, then this role will provide you with the scope to achieve this.

  • Has a passion for excellence in teaching and learning with high expectations of pupils and staff 
  • Has the ability to lead the ongoing strategic development of the school as part of a supportive and effective leadership team

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.

Grade: Leadership Range 10-13 - £58,959 - £63,430 p.a.
