Pedmore Technology College & Community School is looking to recruit a highly motivated individual who has a passion for swimming, who can take a lead role making our new swim academy successful, fun and enjoyable.

As a member of the Facilities Management Team, the post-holder will assist the Facilities Manager in the efficient delivery of the service to ensure financial targets are met. The post holder will also be jointly responsible for the development of the new swim academy and coordinate the consistent effective delivery and development of the swimming lesson programme, including the day-to-day supervision of all employees delivering such activities.

The role will involve a combination of administrative work along with Swimming Teaching so an ASA/STA Level 2 in swimming teaching is essential.

An application pack is available via our website www.pedmoretc.dudley.sch.uk or alternatively please contact 01384 816660 (Ext 207) for an informal conversation about the post or email dwilletts@pedmoretc.dudley.sch.uk and ask for David Willetts, Facilities Manager.  Previous applicants need not apply.

The deadline for applications is 31 August 2017.

Short listed candidates will be notified and interviews will take place week commencing 11 September 2017.

Pedmore Technology College and Community School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.  References of short listed candidates will be sought prior to interview.  The post is subject to a successful enhanced DBS Disclosure, references and qualifications check.
