John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint to the first Support Staff role in our newest Primary School, Branston Locks. This key post will take responsibility for the administrative systems that underpin the operation of the school.

Taking the lead in the school office, you will implement systems and processes relating to finance, HR and administration that are relied upon by the school staff team, the Trust and the parents within our school community. This role is vital to support the Headteacher in the successful set up and opening of the school. You will need to be highly motivated and organised, with the initiative to take agreed action, and pay attention to detail. With the ability to balance multiple workstreams, you’ll have an approachable yet professional manner, ensuring you work constructively as part of the team.

This role provides the successful candidate with the exciting and unique opportunity of setting up an administrative function from scratch, yet you will be supported by the procedures and frameworks of the Trust. If you’re ready for your next challenge and to be part of a brand new school as it grows, we want to hear from you.

If you have a passion for excellence and share our vision, we can offer you the opportunity to be part of a successful and progressive Trust, which is committed to ensuring learning is at the heart of all we do.
