Job Details

We are looking for a Facilities Support Officer Level 3 to support the Facilities Management service needs and be an identified first point of contact working and responding as the FM helpdesk operative.

General operating hours being between 08:00 – 17:00 Monday Friday to ensure the relevant process and triage.

As part of the role you will:

  • Liaise with Internal and external customers, and stakeholders regarding room hire options and bookings. There will be a requirement to ensure that hire fees and charges are adhered to and applied.
  • Produce accurate and time critical documents, spreadsheets and correspondence using relevant IT skill as required.
  • Co-ordinate, monitor and record information and maintain records as required.
  • Collate statistical information and prepare appropriate record and returns as required.
  • Have a positive, professional, and courteous approach with the view for self and service development where applicable.

Essentials:

  • Educated to GCSE/ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant subject. 
  • Knowledge of and ability to utilise Microsoft office-based packages e.g., power point, excel, word.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of working in a busy office environment.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels through an approachable manner.
  • A good understanding of Health and Safety workplace requirements.
