From an Apprentice:
The online training and day courses were a great way to prepare me for the job and they have helped me to feel more comfortable and secure within the role and throughout all the challenges. It has helped me find my own strategies and areas of expertise within the job and given me a wide range of knowledge about SEND.
The course gave me an in depth understanding of how pupils learn, how to support different learning needs and built my confidence for working in a school environment
