Wellbeing Support Manager- The Brades Lodge
The Governors wish to appoint a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, reliable and highly motivated Wellbeing Support Manager. Under the line management of the Head of School or their designated manager, the post holder will lead the management, coordination and implementation of school wide and individual behaviour and wellbeing management systems.
The role encompasses the management of all social, emotional and mental health programmes and systems within the school including ensuring impact measurement documents, tracking systems are up to date. The wellbeing manager will be required to produce accurate summary reports of trends reporting to the SLT. They will be required to fully contribute to the implementation of systems/management strategies which aim to reduce numbers of incidents as identified through the data analysis.
The post holder will line manage the Wellbeing support officers.
Minimum of Higher Level Teaching Assistants status, degree or equivalent qualification or experience.

Appointment is subject to satisfactory clearances including an enhanced DBS check.
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role’

Salary: Band F Points 32 – 37 £28,485 - £32,486 (Pro rata per annum) + £1,239 SEN Allowance (Pro rata per annum) (Actual salary range £25636 - £29,862 per annum + SEN)
Hours/Weeks: 37 hours / Term time + 1 week
