The Children’s Society is seeking a professional and proactive individual that is able to support the business partnering team to provide an effective and professional HR service.
You must be able to work within a busy and fast paced environment and possess knowledge and understanding of employment legislations and its implication within the organisation. You will be required to support managers at a number of locations, therefore, flexibility and the ability to travel is essential. You must be CIPD qualified, or working towards gaining a qualification, with a proven track record of providing advice and guidance on all aspect of HR. You must have administrational and operational HR experience and competent in the use of HR systems and processes.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your generalist HR knowledge and experience and assist the organisation to contribute in making a positive difference in the lives of young people.
