Up to 30 hours per week

Closing Date:  Wednesday 19th July 2017 at 12 noon

As well as proven experience in an advocacy role, the successful candidate will ideally already be IMCA trained and qualified, demonstrating their skills and abilities in working with vulnerable and disadvantaged adults with complex needs. You will have an excellent understanding of advocacy, its principles and values and may already have experience across the full range of statutory advocacy services.

You will have a passion for ensuring people’s rights are respected and their voice is heard and therefore the needs and interests of individuals will always be at the heart of everything you do. You will demonstrate personal integrity and professionalism, have a customer focused attitude and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It is important that you can demonstrate a commitment to the values of Onside, and show a willingness to work flexibly to meet the demands of a continuously developing organisation.

In return, you will have the opportunity to work in an amazing culture, with a fabulous team of people, who make a real difference to the people and communities we work with.

Up for the challenge? We look forward to receiving your application.
