We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, competent, motivated individual to join our Business Services Team to ensure an efficient administrative support to the North East Children’s Social Care Team based in Moat House Leisure Centre, Wood End.

We are seeking to appoint an Apprentice with a knowledge and understanding of administration processes, with good communication, organisational and IT skills with the ability to work under pressure in a very busy environment.

You should be able to demonstrate:

• Experience and knowledge of office procedures
• Knowledge and awareness of customer care standards
• Good communication skills and work under pressure due to high volume of telephone and reception duties
• Ability to organise and prioritise your own workload
• Excellent keyboard, word processing and computer package skills

You will need to demonstrate sensitivity and have an awareness of data protection due to the nature of work that this office deals with.

Working Pattern

Monday to Thursday from 8.30a.m to 5pm and 8.30a.m until 4.30pm on Friday’s.
