We are looking to recruit Business Admin, Customer Service and HR/Payroll Apprentices across the Council.
Fixed Term Contract for 14 Months
An Apprenticeship with Dudley MBC will give you the opportunity to gain 'hands on' experience in the workplace whilst getting paid. The work you undertake in this role will support you towards completing a Level 2 apprenticeship in either Business Administration or Customer Service.
Placements are across the borough so applicants need to be able to travel to your workplace which will be in central Dudley.

We are looking for candidates who have:
- No experience is required as full training will be provided.
- GCSE's in Maths & English grade D or above/equivalent Functional
skills level 1 for Customer Service & Business Admin.
- For the HR/Payroll Business Admin apprenticeships Grade C or above is required in Maths & English/equivalent functional skills level 2.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good IT Skills
- Commitment to further development through training
