The Role
Do you want to be part of a special service, one that touches people at the most important times in their lives? Then this post may be just what you are looking for.
The Registration service is more than births, deaths and marriages. Our Service includes work for the Home Office; Ministry of Justice, liaising with Health Services, Funeral Directors, legal providers, the clergy and so much more…
We have a rare opportunity to offer this post to work within our Support Team based at County Hall, Worcester. It is a busy and often demanding role that covers a varied range of duties, from telephony work, providing information and advice to the public to Reception cover and support for the Superintendent Registrar and Registrars. We can guarantee no two days are the same!
We make no apologies for providing excellence. Our standards are high. We deliver a service to the community, often at the most vulnerable times in their lives, so the need for integrity and professionalism is paramount. Are you the person we are looking for?
Bring your skills and qualities to our team and we will provide full training in all the technical aspects of the role. What skills are we looking for? Our person specification provides all the details, but our main focus is how you would look after our community.
Have a look at our website to see what we do www.worcestershire.gov.uk and follow the link to Birth, Death, Marriage and Citizenship.
Do you think you could work as part of our team? If you do, then we would love to hear from you.
