Outcomes and Data Manager- Sandwell Community School
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Sandwell Community School for a permanent Outcomes and Data Manager to start in September 2017. We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and experienced person to join our busy central team and support all aspects of the school’s data systems in accordance with statutory requirements. Also, lead and manage databases for the school across five Campuses.
Sandwell Community School is a dedicated provision for students living within the borough who are either at risk of permanent exclusion or who have been permanently excluded from their secondary school. Our school has five specialist campuses across the borough and an Inreach provision to assist in reaching our most vulnerable students.
For this post you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a strong commitment to school improvement. The role will involve inputting and analysing a variety of academic and social school based data, assessment, sharing/transferring of data using SIMS and other packages. This post will require specialist knowledge of data management systems and the ability to record, extract and interpret various school data.
Applicants will need to be confident and enthusiastic about working in a school environment with KS3 & 4 pupils who have a range of complex issues and challenging behaviours.

Hours: Full Time- Term Time plus 5 training days
Grade: Grade E (£23,398-£27,668) -This is the full time salary which will be reduced dependant upon number of hours/weeks worked
