Clerical Assistant, Whittle Academy
An opportunity has arisen within Inspire Education Trust for the post of a Clerical Assistant. The successful candidate will work as part of Whittle Academy’s Administration Team and will be based in the front office. The appointment is a Trust appointment and you may be expected to work at any other Academy within the Trust.
You should be highly organised, able to prioritise, have good communication & ICT skills and a background of financial administration.
You should have experience of working in an Academy or School setting in Financial Administration and a working knowledge of Sims.Net and FMS6 would be desirable. The main aspect of this role will be undertaking all aspects of accounts payable such as raising & inputting orders & payment of invoices and also accounts receivable. The post holder will also be first point of contact for Visitors, Children and Staff, and for answering telephone calls.

(£6,540 to £7,320 actual salary)
20 hrs per week term time only plus one week (teacher training days)
Monday to Friday 1.00 to 5.00pm
