PMLD Class Teacher (Kemball School)
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic teacher to join our hard working and committed team. You will be working with our pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties (complex needs) who are working on P levels 1-5. The pupils follow a sensory curriculum based on the National Curriculum programmes of study. Experience of working with these pupils is essential plus a willingness to further your own professional development by attending relevant courses and implementing new initiatives.
Kemball School is a day special school for pupils aged between 3 and 19 years of age with cognitive and learning difficulties (pmld, sld, & mld some of whom have complex medical/physical needs). The school has a happy atmosphere and is welcoming and friendly. The current number on roll is 190.
* Non contact time of 1 day per fortnight

Lesson observations will take place w/c 9 October. Interviews will be held on 16 or 17 October 2017
