The Role

37.0 Hours per Week

We are seeking to recruit a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with our Refocus Centre Manager.

We strive to provide high quality education for all students and we are looking to recruit someone to support our students in fulfilling their academic potential and enabling them to become ‘the best they can be’. The role will involve supporting teachers in providing targeted support, including one to one and small group intervention, based in our Refocus Centre.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference to the lives of young people with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and motivated individual who is committed to ensuring that all students make progress.

Experience of working with students with a range of social, emotional and behavioural difficulties is preferable.

37 hours per week, term time + 5 Inset Days

Starting Salary F £15,153.39
