Our committed Cover Supervisor Team play an important part in school life, providing a complementary service to our Teachers and Pastoral staff within the school, addressing the needs of students, supporting them in overcoming barriers to learning, and enabling them to achieve their full potential. 

We are looking for someone with a love of learning and an assertive/confident, but most importantly a positive presence around students. The role provides short-term cover for absent Teachers, supports the Tutor Programme where necessary, mentoring and supporting individual students and providing lunchtime/break supervision when required.

We would love to hear from you if you think this role will suit your skills, knowledge and experience and you have excellent interpersonal skills and a competent level of literacy and numeracy. Previous experience is not necessary, as you will be given a full induction and training programme; however, an understanding of working with children and therefore safeguarding policies is desired.
