Redditch Borough Council

Salary: £22,658 - £26,822 per annum

37 hours per week

Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and motivated individual with a passion for sports and physical activity who can positively engage with a variety of stakeholders who are involved in Sports to provide activity programmes that will increase participation in physical activity.

We want someone who can;

• work closely with community groups and be a visible advocate for the development of Sport in the Redditch and Bromsgrove

• provide advice, guidance and support to help clubs grow, develop and sustain.

• have a understanding of funding streams and experience of bid writing

• understand how to write club development plans that help to increase participation and create player pathways

• have knowledge of NGB’s, their Whole Sport Plans and the local priorities for Redditch and Bromsgrove
