About the role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a friendly, highly organised person to join our dynamic and busy office team.  The right candidate should be a qualified, enthusiastic, positive, self motivated and have the capacity for hard work and a desire to support our skilled administrative team.  You will support the school to provide appropriate cover arrangements for classes as a result of planned absences and those that arise during the course of the school day. 

The successful candidate will work under the direction and guidance of senior staff providing general clerical and administrative support to the school.

You will need to possess strong organisational and administrative skills together with IT and communication skills. 

This post is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, term time only.

Hours of work: 7am – 11am daily

Closing date:  Tuesday 25 June 2024 @ 9am

Interview date: Friday 28 June 2024
