Job Details

The Priory Primary School needs to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Senior School Administrator to join our hard working and friendly office team with ambition to develop professionally.

The successful candidate should:

  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Have excellent literacy, numeracy and ICT skills, including the use of Word, Excel and database systems
  • Have previous school office experience with a financial skill set, including invoice payments, petty cash reimbursements, school fund and online payments
  • Have experience in school administration systems and knowledge of Arbor, Access Finance and Schoolcomms
  • Enjoy working as part of a team but can also work independently
  • Have the ability to manage own workload and work on own initiative to meet deadlines
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Be able to work to a high standard in a very busy environment
