Little Acorns delivers a high quality service between the hours of 7.30am and 6.00pm.


We are seeking to recruit a part-time administrator to join us in providing admin support primarily to our pre-school and kids’ club provision as well as some office administrative support ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to our customers. Your role will support the Manager and her team in achieving high standards of childcare.


• Maintaining family and account records on nursery computer software (Connect) for which training will be provided

• Collection of fees including the administration of Childcare vouchers, funding applications, pursuing outstanding fees and resolving any account queries

• Processing invoices and sending out to parents on nursery software (Connect)

• Working closely with the Childcare Manager/Business Manager

• Using parent payment software (ParentPay) to obtain information on payment of fees, child registrations and letters to parents

• Communicating pleasantly and effectively in person, in writing and on the telephone

• General computer experience, accurate use of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Some general office administration tasks as instructed

• Any other duties as requested by the Manager/Business Manager
