Bloxwich Academy Primary – Bloxwich Lane, Walsall, West Midlands, WS2 7JT  

Salary: MPS or upper where appropriate (ECT Welcome) 

Start Date: September 2024 (if possible)

The Role: 

Bloxwich Academy Primary (rated Ofsted ‘good’ November 2021), are seeking to recruit a committed and talented class teacher to join our primary team. Do you want to be part of a dedicated and inspirational team, making a difference to pupils' lives? 
The candidate needs to be ambitious to inspire and motivate young children to reach their potential regardless of their background. You will become part of a supportive team who provide exceptional learning opportunities for all children.  You will set high expectations for children both behaviourally and academically, and offer a wide range of creative, inspirational lessons through all areas of the curriculum. Our children are encouraged to become confident, caring and independent and to use their abilities to the full  

We wish to appoint someone who: 

  • is passionate about making learning effective and enjoyable; 
  • has a good understanding of the primary curriculum; 
  • possesses enthusiasm and commitment to supporting all pupils; 
  • is positive and ambitious for the pupils; 
  • is willing to learn and be actively involved in training and improvement; 
  • is enthusiastic, keen and is aware of the needs of individual pupils; 
  • can work effectively as part of a team; 
  • will support and build effective relationships with pupils to help them achieve their full potential.
