We are currently an infant school undergoing an exciting transition to become a primary school and look forward to extending our age range over the next few years. During our recent Ofsted inspection in April 2024 “Parents and pupils agree that Brownsover School is a place where everyone works hard in the best interests of the pupils…”

We are looking to appoint full and part time teaching assistants to extend our team. We are looking for someone who is caring, committed and flexible, and dedicated to ensuring that all children reach their best possible outcomes. As part of the 1 to 1 work, you will support the pupil with particular emphasis on supporting the needs identified in their EHCP and enabling them to operate with increasing independence. This will be guided and supported by our SENDco and class teachers.

• Have high expectations of children’s learning and behaviour;
• Be committed to continuing professional development and growth in order to best meet to 1-1 needs of the child;
