About the Role

Are you a kind and caring person who wants to make a difference to people's lives? Then you might be interested in becoming a Reablement Assistant.

Reablement is offered to people over 18 in Warwickshire for a short period of time, no longer than 6 weeks. Those people may have a disability, be frail or recovering from an illness or injury. We are a dedicated team committed to helping people to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

A reablement assistant provides support to a variety of customers who may be finding parts of their daily routine difficult. This is an extremely rewarding role. Not only will you be making a positive difference, you will be able to see it first-hand as the customer progresses through the reablement service.
