The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

 

Regional Site Manager

37 hours per week, Permanent

 

 

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Site Manager to undertake site services and project delivery.

 

 

Reporting to the Estates Manager, the Regional Site Manager role is part of a team of RSMs within the Estates team.  You will therefore benefit from a support network of colleagues, to lean on and collaborate with from day one.

 

You will be an experienced, motivated leader to manage Site Managers whilst ensuring the Estate’s strategy is implemented in your group of schools. Ideally, you will have experience of leading a diverse team across a range of geographical locations, good communication skills and experience of safe working practices.

Salary:                 £32,076 - £39,186 per annum, dependent upon experience

 

 

 

Hours:                 37 hours per week, all year round.
