The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

Full and part time hours



The Operations and Estates team at the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership, have exciting opportunities for Site Managers to support two school’s site needs at Dunstall Park Primary and The Bridge Academy.




Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements.


The successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of Site Assistants and use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.



Dunstall Park Primary School, Austen Drive, Tamworth B78 3BQ (30 hours per week)


Dunstall Park is our brand new development located on the outskirts of Tamworth, opening in September 2024. The one form entry school will be the heart of this brand new community; the ‘go to’ place for all our local residents who love where they live.



The Bridge Academy, Wissage Road, Lichfield WS13 6SW (37 hours per week)


The Bridge Academy is an all through (5-16 years) alternative education academy based across two sites in Lichfield and Rugeley. It caters for students from key stages 1 to 4 who have been permanently excluded from school, suffer with medical conditions including anxiety and also offers short programs for students who are presenting challenging behavior in their mainstream settings.


Visits to the school prior to interview, are highly recommended.




What you will need to succeed




  • The ability and experience to ensure Trust policies, processes and procedures are followed at all times and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements. Ensure high quality service delivery is maintained at all times, using Every system for logging, and managing of jobs and for statutory recording. Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders. A willingness to learn as training will be given. Experience of undertaking basic maintenance. The ability to work in a fast paced, challenging yet always rewarding role
