Property Maintenance Apprentices x4 

 

Salary: £12,248 to £22,071 per annum

Hours: 37 hours per week

Location: Site based and out in the community 

Job Type: Temporary - 24 months plus 3 months for End Point Assessment

 

Overview:

Join our team as a Property Maintenance Apprentice and earn while you learn through our structured apprenticeship programme, gaining hands-on experience and working towards a nationally recognised qualification. You'll support real projects, work in customers' homes, and attend college on a day or block release basis. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Undertake a wide range of multi-trade repairs and maintenance activities.
  • Complete a range of works across the property services directorate and cover the following trade disciplines; Bricklayer, Carpenter, Plasterer and Plumber. 
  • Maintain effective communications with team members to maximise efficiency. 
  • Accurately complete work records using paper and electronic systems. 
  • Support Trade Mentor with maintaining van stocks. 

 

About you:

  • Do you have a desire and willingness to work in a customer focused environment, putting our customers at the heart of everything you do?
  • Have you gained a GSCE in Mathematics and English Language to at least Grade C/4+?
  • Are you well organised, flexible, committed, and able to use own time effectively to complete the work on schedule?
  • Can you demonstrate effective communication skills?
