EHCP Clerical Assistant

16hrs per week – Term time

Grade 4 £23,500 pro rata

Start date – September 2024

The Meadows School is a generic secondary Special School, providing education to young people with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. The school provides education to over 130 students aged between 11 and 19 from Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and Stoke on Trent. The school provides a safe and secure learning environment.

The Meadows School is federated with Springfield School which is a primary generic Special School. Both schools are very proud to be part of The Manor Hall Academy Trust.

We are looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic EHCP Clerical Assistant to join our lovely team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our diverse and welcoming school.

The Successful Candidate will have

  • Will have knowledge and experience of relevant admin and EHCP procedures, although training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills, be adaptable to change and able to prioritise.
  • Be motivated and flexible to the needs of the school
  • Take responsibility and accountability
  • Good organisation skills
  • Committed to the provision and improvement of quality service provision
  • Customer focused
  • Have a great sense of humour and enjoy being part of a team.
