Job Details

We are now seeking a dynamic, committed, and suitable skilled individual to join our leisure management team as a Duty Manager at Stirchley Sports and Leisure@Park, the individual will need to work well under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to assist in leading and motivating a team, whilst being focused on high customer service standards and delivery.

The successful applicant must have good interpersonal and customer communication skills and relevant supervisory experience in a Leisure and Customer Services environment. They will have experience of Supervising and training staff in operational procedures experience of Health & Safety monitoring and reporting procedures. A Level 2 Health & Fitness Certificate (or ability to achieve within 6 months) are requirements of the post.

They will have good knowledge of current Health and safety legislation, HR, Audit and financial policies and procedures and understand the links between physical activity and health.

The successful candidate will work across a rota pattern of weekend work that requires the hours of : Week 1, 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, Saturday and Sunday, Week 2 8.30 am - 4.30 pm, Sunday, and Week 3 is a weekend off. There is opportunity for additional evening/weekend hours including at our Dawley Sports and Leisure@Langley site covering any absence and holiday.
