Job Details

We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen in the Compliance Team of the Asset Management and Maintenance service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, methodical & diligent person to provide efficient & effective administrative support in relation to building safety and compliance. The post is within Housing Services, Asset Management & Maintenance Team based at the Operations and Development Centre at Roway Lane in Oldbury. 

Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to demonstrate knowledge, competency, and experience of utilising ICT systems, i.e., Microsoft packages. – excel and Word to a good level.

Qualifications

  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
