We are looking for 2, full-time, experienced (Level 3/Level 4) Social Workers to join our office-based team, specifically within the MASH Hub.

If you are committed, innovative and passionate about improving outcomes for children then Warwickshire would like to hear from you.

Now is an exciting time to be a part of our team as Warwickshire has been chosen as one of the seven areas to deliver the Families First for Children Pathfinder Programme.  Join us to help shape and influence the future of children's social care together.

You will possess an ability to make robust and accurate decisions to ensure children and families are safe along with an embedded understanding of risk and risk management. You will enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to engage with families as the first point of contact from children’s services.
