About the role:

The Governors of St Joseph’s Catholic Primary are looking to appoint two experienced Teaching Assistants to support two small group of pupils with additional needs. The children are fully based in class and do not have behavioural issues. They are delightful to work with. Both small groups are based in KS2 classes.

The post is for 30 hours a week (and includes lunchtime supervision) over Monday to Friday 8.45am until 3.15pm. These posts are permanent and begin on 1 September 2024.

Key Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who:

- demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to work hard
- have a good sense of humour (and a love of chocolate biscuits)
- preferably (although not essential) have experience of working one-to-one with children experiencing some difficulties accessing learning due to additional needs
