Job Details

The Adults Social Care Systems Team is looking for two Systems Support Officer for Adults Case Management & Finance Systems.

This an exciting opportunity working for the Adults Systems Team supporting critical systems used by Front Line Workers.

The postholder will:

  • be responsible for the set up and maintenance of the systems provide support to end users of through the operation of a Help Desk service carry out systems administration tasks in respect of the development and implementation of new systems or added functionality within existing systems to plan, document and manage the core application functionality testing as part of upgrades deliver onsite support to end users

We are looking for someone who has experience of providing system support to case management systems, has a good knowledge of systems particularly case management systems as well as good understanding of Adults Social Care.
