32.5 hours a week, term time only plus 1 week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional and inspirational new member to provide cover supervision in our thriving and successful specialist resource provision, where children are nurtured and educated in a way that matches their needs. The Cover Supervisor will give instructions for the lesson as provided by a teacher and the primary focus of the role will be to maintain good conduct in the classroom and to keep students on task.  You will play a vital role in contributing to the culture, ethos and well-being of the whole school. 




The role is suited to someone with a sense of purpose, a positive outlook and attitude, and a passion for helping children be the best that they can be.  The team are highly skilled in adapting learning and delivery to enable all children to succeed. 




We are looking for a cover supervisor who:


• Has a proven ability to teach pupils with C&I needs effectively using dynamic & engaging techniques.


• Has the ability to lead a provision in an effective way towards outstanding practice


• Can share ideas for the adjustment of learning to enable pupils to access the learning effectively.
