Following a recent restructure of the Senior Leadership Team, an exciting opportunity has arisen whereby the governors of Oldswinford CE Primary School are seeking to appoint a dynamic, visionary Assistant Head Teacher (Leadership Scale Range 3-7) from January 2018.
The successful candidate will join the restructured SLT as one of two Assistant Head Teachers, responsible to the Head Teacher and Deputy Head Teacher. Initially teaching in Year 5 with accountability for standards of teaching, learning and achievement across Years 4-6, you will also have the willingness and capacity to lead Years 1-3 if the need arises in the future.
We are looking for an inspirational teacher and strategic leader whose energy, resilience and commitment to success will support our school in embedding several recent changes. You will also be required to lead English across the school.

Oldswinford Church of England Primary School is committed to the safeguarding and protection of pupils. Therefore the post is subject to medical clearance and an enhanced DBS check.
The post holder is accountable to the Head Teacher.
