Fostering Panel Advisor

Staffordshire County Council is recruiting a permanent, full time Fostering Panel Advisor.

The Fostering Panel Advisor will offer professional advice to the weekly Fostering Panels and will be responsible for ensuring that statutory requirements and standards are met. The Panel Advisor has a vital quality assurance function within the Fostering Service and will facilitate the provision of highly efficient panel processes and quality outcomes.

They will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of a diverse central list of panel members. They will work closely with the fostering management team offering advice and guidance in relation to the development and implementation of policies, procedures and guidance.

You will need to be a qualified social worker with at least three years experience of fostering work.
