Behaviour Support Assistant
37.0 Hours per Week
The Behaviour Support Assistant will support and develop behaviour for learning through effective supervision of the school’s Behaviour Support Room and instigate appropriate restorative justice conversations. Other responsibilities include coordinating the processes to support students engaged on Alternative Provision.
This post would suit applicants who have a clear understanding of how to deal with learning or behavioural issues in young people and an ability to support and engage students appropriately.
