Grade 6 - £49,498 - £61,269 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review 

Working 37 hours per week

A new role to support the social housing capital investment programme, offering financial support to the service’s development and acquisition of new social housing.  The role requires a mix of management and financial accounting skills and requires a professionally qualified accountant with substantial post-qualification experience.  You will need a strong knowledge of long-term investment appraisal and financial modelling, and ideally have a working understanding of the ringfenced Housing Revenue Account regulations and investment criteria.  

The role will manage a Senior Business Analyst.
