Location: Remote/Hybrid

Recognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, we are delighted to be recruiting an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisor here at Birmingham Children’s Trust. In this role, you will support the cultural improvements and implement solutions to enhance our organisational culture and colleague experience.

You’ll promote a positive, inclusive culture ensuring that our colleagues can bring their whole selves to work.

Main Duties:

Contribute to EDI activities, strategies, and interventions aligned with our strategic and operational plans.

  • Provide information, advice, and services related to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote an inclusive culture.
  • Monitor progress and evaluate impact.
