Herefordshire Council are seeking a Contract Officer to support the development and delivery of the Public Realm contract.  
The successful candidate will have experience in contract management, commercial delivery and compliance evaluation. 
 
An understanding of budget and performance monitoring and forecasting.   Experience in auditing services and understanding of value for money and best value principles.  This role requires the successful candidate to be able to drive and travel within and outside of the County.
