Recognised by Ofsted as being a ‘Good’ provider of children’s social care, we are delighted to be recruiting a Reward and Benefits Manager here at Birmingham Children’s Trust. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with our organisational goals and support employee satisfaction.

Main Duties:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive rewards strategy.
  • Analyse market data to benchmark compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to ensure competitive and fair reward practices.
  • Oversee benefits administration, including salary sacrifice, retirement plans, and wellness programs.
  • Monitor trends and regulatory changes to adapt our programs as needed.
