Staffordshire County Council’s Transformation Support Unit (TSU) is an award winning transformation team that has a track record of successfully delivering the most complex transformation projects within Local Government. We pride ourselves in attracting and developing the best change professionals in the public sector.

Due to the recent successful promotions of a number of TSU staff and the on-going organisational need for significant transformation support we are now looking to recruit and train the next generation of TSU staff. You will need to be an engaging, dynamic and self-motivated individual who can meet these new challenges, bringing a level of enthusiasm and commitment that we can mould into our project management and business design consultants of the future.

If you are looking to start a career in transformation and change consultancy and want a challenging role with professional development and progression……we are the team that can accelerate this for you. This 2 year fixed term apprenticeship progresses from a Grade 6 to a Grade 8 and you will be in a position to compete for any progression opportunities available within the TSU. The apprenticeship will give you a level 4 Apprenticeship -Junior Management Consultant qualification and a CMI level 3 Diploma in First Line Management

Successful candidates should have degree level or equivalent qualifications or experience, theoretical or practical knowledge and understanding of transformation / change methods, ability to successfully self-manage to deadlines, ability to analyse and report information and good interpersonal skills and a good level of emotional intelligence.
