Behaviour Engagement Specialist - required from 1st September

37hrs per week – Term Time only (plus INSET days)

Working Monday – Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm (3.30pm Friday)

Grade 4 - starting salary of £23029

We are looking for a Behaviour Engagement Specialist to join our team at Sir Thomas Boughey Academy. This is an exciting time to join our team as we promote collaborative working across the Trust.

The successful candidate will join the school at an exciting time. Having been judged as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in February 2022, we are eager to continue on our school improvement journey – and we look forward to having you on this journey.
