About the Role


The Pension Investment and Governance team is responsible for the accounting, management and administration of the Warwickshire Pension Fund which has over 230 different employers including Warwickshire County Council and over 58,000 members. We are looking for a team player to support on all aspects of the financial accounting and administration of the Warwickshire Pension Fund and provide support/cover for the Treasury Management service in financial administration.


Key Requirements

  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification
  • The ability to independently interpret and analyse varied and complex information or situations and to produce solutions over the medium term.
  • The ability to communicate, in person and/or in writing, complicated or sensitive information with varied audiences.
  • The ability to use a keyboard with some precision and speed.
  • The ability to work within broad practice or guidelines using managerial discretion over a broad area of activity.
  • The ability to work under pressure including meeting deadlines and dealing with interruptions.
  • Experience of supervising and managing a small team
  • Experience of handling and processing manual or computerised information
