We are offering a unique and exciting opportunity to join our Criminal Justice Team as an Apprentice Administrator to support the delivery of our specialist Out of Court Disposal (OOCD) services from our office in Smethwick, Sandwell.

OOCD services provide Police Officers an alternative to prosecution and utilise services to help address root causes of offending as well as reparation for victims. Cranstoun are proud to be working with a number of police forces to deliver a range of OOCD and Pre-Arrest services.

As a Cranstoun Apprentice, you will support all members of the service by providing an effective administration function and high quality and comprehensive customer relations. You will be allocated two days per month for dedicated study time.

You will be required to carry out general administrative duties, as well as contributing to the performance reporting for the service. You will need to be a proficient communicator with the ability to work independently on a wide range of tasks, and be open to learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities.
