Job Details
Are you an experienced housing benefit professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity to join our small and friendly benefits team as a Benefits Assessor.
We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, with a background in benefits administration, great communication skills and attention to detail.
Using Civica systems, you will be responsible for processing new claims and changes of circumstance for housing benefit and council tax reduction scheme claims.
This is a fixed term position until 31 March 2026 and is suitable for flexible, hybrid or home working.
