We wish to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Level 2 Learning Support Assistant to join our fantastic team.

The successful candidate will be joining a highly organised and effective team of support staff.  You will work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver 1-1 and small group activities.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of individual and group intervention programmes which provide a range of strategies that support pupils.
Key requirements:

•    NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant
•    GCSE pass/ equivalent in English and Maths
•    Sound knowledge of safeguarding requirements
•    Good verbal, listening and communication skills
•    Good organisational skills with the ability to take direction but also work as part of a team
•    Any safeguarding responsibilities as noted in the job description and person specification.

8:40am:3:40pm (Monday – Thursday) 8:15am– 3:40pm (Fridays) - Term time plus one training week


Band B SCP 3 - 4 (£22,737 - £23,114) pro rata (Actual salary £17,820 - £18,116) (£11.79 - £11.98 per hour) plus a living wage supplement to £12.00 per hour payable from 1st April 2024
