Customer Service Advisor - Full time, 12 Month fixed term (CBP301)


Band D (5-7) £23,500 - £24,294, 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 08.30am to 17.00pm, Friday 08.30am to 16.30pm.- Maternity Cover

We deal with a range of enquiries on topics as diverse as; Refuse and Recycling, Licensing, Parking, Housing and Planning and we’re looking for people to support us in delivering a quality and professional service.

You will be part of a team answering customer enquiries across a number of channels, including telephone, face to face, email & social media.

You will have the ability to work in a fast paced customer service environment and be a positive self- motivated person with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

You will need excellent customer service and communication skills to deal with a diverse range of customers and will have the ability to cope in a fast paced environment.
