The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 6 secondary schools, 14 primary schools, 1 all-through school, a Teaching School Hub, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield, North Warwickshire and Coventry.

 

Catering Area Support Chef

37 hours per week, term time only,

fixed term contract until 31st August 2025

The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership has an exciting opportunity for a Catering Area Support Chef to join our friendly Catering team.

 

 

 

As a Catering Area Support Chef you will be required to work across various sites within the Trust providing support to the Catering Operations Manager and Chef Managers. The role will involve working in different sites, providing support with short term staffing issues and providing cover when needed.  This will include trouble shooting, staff training, rotas, GP targets, menu development plus all the various roles that come with the day to day running of a busy kitchen.

 

Being a strong leader & team motivator in order to create a positive work culture and ensure all objectives are met, adapting to different challenging situations and being flexible to deal with arising challenges in various sites.

 

 

 

Salary:                 £25,119 - £31,364 pa FTE (actual annual salary £21,993 - £27,461 pa)

 

 

 

Hours:                 37 hours per week, term time only, fixed term until 31st August 2025

 

 

 

Location:            The role will be part of the Trust Central Services team and travel to schools within the Trust will be required.
