We are seeking to appoint a highly professional and organised individual to deliver an efficient and effective reception and administration service to the School and to lead and co-ordinate the School’s First Aid provision.

Our aim is to provide an excellent education for all the students at Stoke Park. As Lead Receptionist, the successful candidate will contribute by utilising their excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills, and will represent the School in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Core duties will include welcoming, directing and advising visitors, students and colleagues, ensuring that the School’s safeguarding and health and safety procedures in relation to people entering and exiting the building are implemented at all times, carrying out administrative activities and undertaking the role of Lead First Aider.
You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment and of carrying out relevant administrative activities. You will possess GCSE’s grade C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent) A First Aid qualification is desirable, however, training can be provided and must be successfully completed as a condition of employment.
37 hours per week, term time only plus 1 week (39 weeks). Core working hours are from 8am until 4pm Monday to Thursday, with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday.
